Shipping & Delivery

Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends (unless requested by customer) or holidays. All orders are shipped by USPS. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. Domestic Orders: Please allow 3-6 business days for standard ground shipping.

In Store Pick Up

Please allow 2 days to process your order.  When checking out, make sure that you select the correct location you would like to pick up your merchandise at.  You will receive an email from us when your items are ready to be picked up!

Return Policy

We know that ordering items online can be a gamble since you can’t touch it or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Please note all jewelry and SALE merchandise may not be returned; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. 

Online Purchase Return Policy:

Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to receive an authorization number, please send email to SugarLovesSpiceAkron@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of goods with the following information:

Customer Name
Address
Invoice Number
Style Number
Reason for Return

The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the original invoice.

Once a return has been authorized, customers will have 7 business days to send the return to our facility.

Please note again, “sale Items” are FINAL SALE and therefore cannot be returned.

Sugar Loves Spice will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER indicated dates.

claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise with all parts included.
